PetPlaybook.ai is a first-of-its-kind service that helps pet owners capture everything that makes their pet uniquely themselves and share it instantly with any caregiver. A living playbook built around a simple truth: the most important information about your pet exists only in your head.

We came in early, working directly with the founders to shape the brand voice, tone, and emotional positioning before a single frame was conceived. The collaboration was real and ongoing. Not just refining the script, but figuring out what PetPlaybook.ai actually wanted to say and how it wanted to sound saying it.

One of our biggest creative decisions: follow a single pet owner through one continuous story, or open it up to dogs, cats, puppies, the whole chaotic lovable lot. Both directions had a strong case. We went back and forth before deciding on one canine hero.

Along the way we solved for pacing, visual logic, and humor calibration, and figured out how to introduce a new product name so it feels inevitable rather than announced. The tone we kept coming back to: warm enough to land emotionally, funny enough to feel real, and clear enough that anyone who's ever left a 47-message text thread for a pet sitter gets it immediately.
